This is a long rectangle piece that has sizing adjusted by simply using a larger needle. This enables the sweater to be wider across the back, but smaller in the sleeves. Custom sizing requires you to measure from the back--across your back (think armpit to armpit)--and you stitch up each sleeve leaving the opening to accommodate your shoulders and back.

Using 2 yarns held together throughout, the sweater works up in a reasonable amount of time. Garter stitch detailing on the sleeves add interest. Seed Stitch edging from the upper arm all across the back enables the piece to lay flat on the back and not roll up on itself. Cuffs have garter stitch so they do not roll up.
