Sid Beanie
This simple and playful beanie knits up in no time, making it a perfect project for a quick, satisfying cast-on. Construction:
Sid Beanie is knit from the bottom up beginning with a fold up ribbed brim seamlessly. Stacked decreases are used to create a tapered crown that is finished with a tassel.
Sizing:
Sized for head circumference of 12 to 21 inches/30.5 to 53.5cms.
Nine sizes to fits approximately premmie to small adult.
To fit head circumference:
12”/30.5cm — Premmie, (14”/36cm — Newborn, 15”/38cm — 0 to 3 months, 16”/40.5cm — 3 to 6 months, 17”/43cm — 6 to 12 months) 18”/45.5cm — 12 to 18 months, 19”/48cm — 18 to 24 months, 20”/51cm — 2 to 5 years, 21”/53.5cm — 5 years to small adult

Yarn Requirements:
WOOLganic Organic Merino 8ply/DK (100% organic merino; 113yd 103m/50g) — 2 (2, 2, 2, 2) 2, 3, 3, 3 balls.
OR White Gum Wool 8ply (100% ethical superfine merino; 258yd 236m/100g) — 1 (1, 1, 1, 1) 1, 1, 1, 2 balls.
OR Jo Sharp Classic DK wool (100% wool; 107yd 98m/50g) — 2 (2, 2, 2, 2) 2, 3, 3, 3 balls.
OR DK/8ply yarn of approximately 110 (130, 150, 170, 190) 210, 230, 250, 270 yards/metres.
