This is a charted pattern to make a one size cropped patchwork cardigan. Using a variety of colour blocks and textured stitches, this is a great project for using up odds and ends of yarn from your stash.

The overall weight of yarn you are looking to achieve is an aran weight helping to create a much lighter and easy to wear cropped cardigan, a much requested alternative to the festival cardigan’s super chunky proportions.

All pieces of this cardigan are fully charted giving you guidance on how to place your colour blocks, but with full freedom to adjust the design for your own needs.

I will be creating a chart for a larger size which will be ready towards the end of November, it will be added to this pattern.

The sample cardigan i made to develop this pattern has become a much loved and heavily used addition to my wardrobe, I have found it goes with practically every dress I own thanks to the multitude of colours used to create it. I am a standard UK 12 and it is a lovely loose fit on me.
