An elegant, beautiful, but also simple design for a baby blanket. It uses mostly basic crochet stitches, with the exception of puff stitch (pattern has a written guide to the stitch), so it’s perfect for those who know the basics, but want to challenge themselves a bit more.

Pattern will make a baby blanket roughly 73x73cm/29x29inches, but it also has instructions to scale the blanket into a larger one if a baby blanket isn’t your plan.

You will only need approximately four skeins of aran weight yarn for a baby blanket, but of course you are free to experiment with different weight yarns!
