Sim Stripe Sock is a classic striped sock with a modern rolled edge. It is knitted in the round from the top down, with a heel shaped using decreases, and finally a toe that is finished with side decreases before being closed with Kitchener stitch.

Sizes: S (M) L
• Shoe size: 36–38 (39–41) 42–44
• Leg circumference: approx. 23 (25) 27 cm

Choosing a size:
You can easily adjust the size yourself. For example, use the stitch count for size S if you have narrow feet/calves and simply knit them as long as you want. Or use the stitch count for size L if you have wider feet, and knit them shorter if your shoe size is smaller.

Recommended needles:
3.5 mm circular needle, 80/100 cm (for magic loop), or 5 double-pointed needles.

Gauge: 22 sts = 10 cm in stockinette stitch.

Everyone knits differently; the suggested needle size is only a guideline. The stated gauge is measured after blocking. If you knit tightly, use larger needles. If you knit loosely, use smaller needles.

Yarn suggestion:
Sandnes Perfect, 100 m per 50 g (80% wool & 20% nylon).

• Color 1: 50 (50) 100 g
• Color 2: 50 (100) 100 g

You can also use any yarn with a matching gauge. Remember that the amount of yarn needed may vary depending on yardage.
