A temperature blanket is SUCH a fun way to create a unique/beautiful/useful project to commemorate a year in your life! This basketweave pattern is easy for beginners, and the braided fringe ends are an easy way to finish the project WITHOUT needing to weave in a million ends.

This pattern could be adjusted for various sizes - my version of the blanket resulted in a large cozy throw blanket.

Yarn needed will vary depending on your location (colors are based on the temperature you are tracking). I started out with one skein of each color (I used 10 colors) - I used very little of some colors (the really hot and really cold colors), and I had to buy more of the the middle colors.

In addition to the pattern, you’ll also receive a temperature tracking document with your purchase.
