This is a modern boxy vest, perfect to wear breezy on its own or layered over shirts and dresses.

It only takes 2 or 3 balls of TAKE CARE MOHAIR yarn to make.

A simple “just-past-beginner-level” pattern, made with 2 identical squares (or rectangles, depending on overall length), seamed up on the sides and shoulders.

It’s knitted flat, with no tricky shaping required. The neckline is created by the drape of the knitted fabric.

If you’re an experienced knitter and prefer knitting in the round - omit the side seams for the body, then work flat for front and back from the base of the armholes.

Knitting your garment to your preferred length:
The design is cropped to layer over the top of garments or worn with high-waisted garments. If you want to knit this longer - make sure you have extra yarn!

SIZING: The vest is worn loose fitting - with an estimated 10cm of positive ease. Measure your bust circumference (in cm) - then choose your corresponding SIZE from the 4 sizes provide in the chart.
