This is a pattern for a rectangular baby blanket, made with worsted weight (category 4, aran) yarn and size H (5 mm) and F (3.75 mm) crochet hooks.

The finished blanket measures about 42 inches (107 cm) long, 29 inches (74 cm) wide.
I used 7 skeins of Feels Like Butta yarn by Lion Brand Yarns (3 dark gray, 2 light gray, 2 red), 100% polyester, 1526 yards, 1393 meters, 700 grams.

The pattern is written for the size stated above (baby blanket), but the pattern can be easily adjusts to any custom size. You can also use this stitch for other projects. The multiple for the stitch is included in the pattern.

This is a simple mosaic crochet pattern, and like with most mosaic stitches the pattern looks fancy only on one side; on the other side it looks as horizontal stripes. The yarns are not cut off, but carried throughout the work.

The skill level is advanced beginner. I also have a video tutorial for this pattern (the link is included in the pattern).

The pattern is written in English, using the US crochet terminology.

This pattern cannot be redistributed. However, you have the permission to sell finished items made from this pattern.
