This is the simplest blanket pattern. It is simply double crochet each row. I used black felt to make the birds, but they could be done different ways if you are feeling creative!

I used 5 balls of navy yarn, 6 balls of damson yarn and 5 balls of vintage rose yarn from https://www.enfys.me.uk/ to make the blanket.
