Simplicity is a simple seed stitch cowl recipe of sorts, that came to be from a forgotten stash busting attempt. I made several of these cowls, only to forget about them until two years later. Given as gifts, they were a great hit.

Featuring a chunky seed stitch and ample texture, these cowls are knit flat with two strands of yarn held together and can be knit in any size you wish. Included in the pattern are three sizes ready to knit that I have used multiple times, as well as information on how to adapt it to any size you want. Yardage varies depending on the yarn chosen but one skein of 250 yards should be enough to make a smaller cowl. The possibilities are endless.
