This is a pattern for the Simplicity cushion cover, part of the Make at Home range of projects for the home. This pattern is also available as part of the Simplicity Collection, and as a knitting kit.
This is a very easy to make cushion cover to fit a 40 x 40 cm cushion pad. the front is in garter stitch, using Yeoman Cotton Aran as the base and bringing other yarns in randomly. The back is stocking stitch and the button bands moss stitch. You will need 5 x medium buttons.
The natural colours make it easy to use in any colour scheme. Any yarns can be used knitting to a similar tension.
