Simply Cable Sweater is an oversize raglan sweater with a turtleneck and a boxy fit. The neck is worked in rib and folded. The sleeves features a central cable which adds a unique touch to
the sweater. Both sleeves and body are finished with wide ribbed edges.
If you have never worked cables before, the Simply Cable Sweater is a very good place to start. The pattern includes written explanations for short rows and cables as well as charts.

The sweater is worked with one strand of Önling No 20 and one strand of Önling No 10 held together throughout. This means you work with 2 strands held together.

Circular needles 4 mm (US 6) and 5 mm (US 8),

Gauge
17 sts and 26 rows in stockinette stitch on 5 mm (US 8) needles = 10 x 10 cm / 4 X 4 in.

The sweater is worked from the top down. First, the neck ribbing. Then, short rows and raglan increases are worked to shape the neckline. Raglan increases continue on the yoke. At the same time, cables are worked on the sleeves according to the chart. The work is divided for the body and sleeves, and the cables on the sleeves are continued. The sweater is finished with wide ribbed edges on the body and sleeves.
