This is an ideal beginner colorwork sweater. No more than 2 colors are used at any point in time!

Winter calls sweetly as the snowflakes drift to the blanketed ground. Bare branches are jacketed with snow-everything washed to white. Clean, resting, beautiful, winter has sung her song over the earth.

This sweater is worked in the round from the bottom up. Work body up to the underarm, then set aside to work the sleeves. Once you have finished the body and sleeves, you are ready to start the yoke by knitting the live stitches of one sleeve, the front of the sweater, the live stitches of the second sleeve, and the back of the sweater. The underarm stitches remain on hold and will be sewn closed when you have finished with the yoke colorwork and decreases
