This is part of the Sinuosity Set which includes a hat and two different fingerless mitts patterns.

Knit a hat that flows and waves around the head with simple twisted stitches, then use the leftovers to make a pair of fingerless mitts to match! The flowing stitch pattern is fun to knit once you get the rhythm of it, and it’s very stretchy for sizing flexibility.

The stitch pattern is entirely charted and written.

The plain mitts are worked in the round from the bottoms up, with increases for the thumb shaping.

The length is custom, starting the thumbs when you like and going as long as you like until bind-off. The pattern lets you know the rows when the thumbs began and how many rows until bind-off for the sample mitts (which are 7.25”/18.5cm long)—of course, changing the size will change the yardage.

The circumference is one-size but it’s very flexible because of the stretchy rib—they measure 6.5”/16.5cm unstretched and stretch comfortably to 8.5”/21.5cm. They should fit hand sizes ranging 6–9”/15–23cm palm circumference; they’re pictured on 7”/18cm hands.
