Intermediate: lace and picots

Swirls of chevron lace in two colors are interrupted by bands of garter stitch in a third color to create this long cowl (to be worn doubled) with picot edging.

Knit in the round. However, the first few rows are knit flat so there is a one, little area to seam.

GAUGE
Garter stitch: 30 sts = 4”/10cm wide.
Chevron Lace: 16 sts = 2 1⁄2” /6.5cm wide, 20 rows = 2”/5cm high.
