An easy knit pattern adapted to a skinny scarf, scarf or cowl in two lengths. Gauge is not important for this project, and suggested yarns are sport to dk weight so the fabric is not too stiff. Each of the photographed scarfs was knitted with one skein , yardage is approximate but you will need between 150 and 200 yards of yarn.the yarns are all spun from Fiberartemis rovings , but any yarn of a similar weight can be used. this pattern works equally well with plain yarns but does show off a nice gradient, as the pattern creates diagonal stripes.
