The skull measures at about 8.5” (22cm) tall by 5” (13cm) wide. It is made with two strands of white yarn weight 4 (worsted), an H hook (5mm), and polyfil. The pattern also includes instructions for the roses depicted in the photograph so added colors might be red, black, or whatever color you choose to complete your roses in. As always, crocheters with different stitch tension and using different types of yarn may change the dimensions of the finished product. Included in the pattern is the skull itself as well as the roses used in the display picture.
