Skumtop is an A line cardigan worked from the bottom edge and up with a textured lace pattern on the body. The cardigan has long set in sleeves (the yoke is worket in one piece / raglan construction).

The pattern is made for at yarn with a gauge of 26 stitches per 10 centimeters (stockinette stitch) i.e. a yardage of approximate 300 meters per 100 grams. Pictured in hand dyed (dyed with oak leaves) 50% silk / 50% merino from Chester Wool Company.

The pattern includes directions for a size S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL with chest width 93 (103, 111, 118, 126, 133) centimeters and a length of 60 (62, 64, 65, 66, 67) centimeters.

This pattern is written for a knitter who is familiar with textured lace knitting (worked in the round as well as back and forth), a knitter who is able to follow charts as well as written instructions and work increases, decreases and pick up stitches. The directions is a combination of chart and written text.
