Sleek Sleeves is knitted as a skinny rectangle of ribbed fabric using gradual changes in stitch size, then seamed to create the shape. This style was originally worn by ballerinas to keep them warm during rehearsal without distroying the body lines that their directors must observe. We can borrow the look as a nifty topper for evening wear. Any machine with two complete beds may be used. This includes both Japanese and European machines. One gauge works for all machines.
