.. What could be cuter than sleeping animals? Bunnies are, of course, strongly associated with Easter, and bright colours beautifully reflect spring and nature awakening from winter dormancy. That was the starting point for the idea, and the “Sleeping Bunny” socks was born..

This pattern is available for FREE in english / suomeksi. The socks are worked cuff down in the round using double-pointed needles. The cuff begins with a frill pattern, followed by stranded colourwork on the leg. The heel is a reinforced heel flap and heel turn, followed by gusset shaping. The ears and eyes are added afterwards with duplicate stitch.
