This is a delicious slice of chocolate gateau, cut from the ‘Cake with Slices Missing’.

You could make the main cake and a couple of slices to match, or you could make up lots of slices in different colours.

Finished slice measures 10cm / 4 inches high and 8cm / 3 inches across.
