A pair of Slider Gloves is the perfect cool-weather accessory for busy people. We are sometimes forced to choose between comfort and utility when it comes to daily life in the cold. Sure, fingerless gloves are convenient, but they still leave the fingers exposed. Floppy flaps look childish and get in the way; flaps that button are awkward to fasten with one hand. Whether you want to read on the train or simply unlock your mobile phone, Slider Gloves are up to the challenge.

Slider Gloves fool the world with the look of a traditional glove, but the wearer knows the secret they hold. Each fingertip hides a small internal pocket for the finger to tuck into to avoid exposure. The finger can slide back and pop out the top whenever delicate maneuvers are necessary.

Sock yarn was chosen for these gloves because of its sturdiness and flexibility. If you already have a favorite glove pattern, the closed fingertips can easily be swapped out for Sliders. These gloves work well for both women and men. Be warned, though: your friends might start asking for Sliders by name.

Sizes: Women’s Medium (Women’s Large/Men’s Small, Men’s Medium) as well as made-to-measure.

Gauge can be as recommended by the yarn manufacturer, or you can calculate according to your preferred fabric density.
