Make these in #4 yarn on a bulky or mid-gauge, or #1 yarn on a standard or Passap machine. The slip stitch
makes the fabric warmer and thicker than stockinette and adds an interesting texture. Any small slip stitch design may be used but changing slip design from the card given length doubled may slightly alter gauge. Simply add or subtract a stitch or two to perfect the fit.
