When I started getting into sock knitting, I very quickly became obsessed with knitting the slip stitch heel flap! The slip one knit one repeat is very engaging and it makes the squishiest pattern that I just adore the finished look of!

I really wanted to create this pattern so I could have this engaging pattern for a bit longer than just the repeats required on the heel of a sock! The cowl is the perfect fall/winter accessory and is so squishy and soft around your neck!
