SlipThatch is a brim-up hat, knitted in the round. Cast on for the brim with smaller needles & knit twisted rib for the first inch or two. The needles are then changed to the larger size and the charted/written pattern is commenced. Decreases begin before the crown, remaining in pattern.

Part of an autumnal collection of knits, this hat is inspired by the many hay bales dotted across the country during harvest time.
