This is a pattern to create an easy to wear slouchy summer top. It has subtle shaping to the front and back to give a neat silhouette but is a relaxed layering piece. The simple crochet edging adds interest to the piece that is a quick and simple knit for anyone with basic knitting and crochet skills.

Any DK weight linen mix yarn will work well as it will have soft draping qualities necessary to this easy to wear style.

The yarn is knitted up on larger needles to give an open fluid texture to the finished “fabric”.

Approx 4 skeins or 800m of yarn should complete the top for the first two sizes. For the larger size an extra skein of yarn would be needed.
