Using a combination of slubby merino fingering and alpaca silk laceweight yarns, this simple hat pattern is the perfect cozy knit you need after the holiday season. Substitute DK weight or your preferred blend of fingering and lace weight mohair or alpaca yarns to make your new favorite slouchy hat using Slub & Fuzz, and your hat will be completely reversible if you want to show off your knit side or flash your purl side!

Stockinette in the round:
22 sts × 36 rnds= 4”× 4”
Adjust needle sizes as necessary to obtain gauge. Smaller needles will be 2 US sizes (≈0.5 mm) smaller than your gauge needle.

SIZES
20” (22”, 24”) head circumference. Hat is designed to be slightly slouchy; more slouch can be achieved by knitting a larger size.
