This pattern was made using DK 100% acrylic yarn. Since the cat is small, one 50 grams skein will produce multiple cats. This can be a scrap yarn project as well.
All my amigurumi patterns are worked with the yarn under method of single crochet. This creates the trademark “x” shape and leaves less gaps between stitches, so I recommend it. All the decreases in the pattern are invisible decreases. The cat measures roughly 9 cm.
