PATTERN DETAILS:
Level: confident beginner/early intermediate.
Project time approx. 1.5 to 2 hours (includes decorative “stitch work” sewing)
Finished size: Personal tension/yarn choice can cause individual variation in finished size
height standing- approx. 5 ½”, sitting 4”. Width from tail to belly 3 ½”

Supplies:
• 3.5mm hook (US E-4) for worsted. (Size down your hook by a size or 2 from recommended if you’re changing yarn weight)
• Stitch markers, or similar
• Yarn needle (for sewing)
• 8mm safety eyes (or buttons, or supply of choice)
• Worsted weight Yarn (weight- Medium/4) Personal tension may alter amounts needed Loops and Threads “impeccable” was used for this pattern.
- approx. 45 meters (50 yards) of main colour (MC), 10 meters (11 yards) of contrasting colour (CC). Optional: minimal for decorative “stitch work”.
• Polyfil (or equivalent) for stuffing
Stitches/Abbreviations Used- US terminology
• St: stitch
• Ch: chain
• Sl st: slip stitch
• MR: magic ring/Magic circle
• Sc: single crochet
• Inc: regular increase (two single crochet stitches in one stitch)
• Hdc inc: increase with half double crochets (two half double crochet stitches in one stitch)
• Dec: regular decrease (crochet 2 stitches together- you may also use an invisible decrease)
• F/O; finish or fasten off
• Numbers in brackets at the end of the row dictate the number of stitches you should have
