This charming felted bag is a quick knit perfect for gifting or using up leftover feltable yarn. It’s a versatile project that can be easily customized in both size and style.
Use it to store knitting needles and notions, school supplies, makeup, or small essentials inside your larger bag. To adjust the size, simply add more rows for extra height or cast on additional stitches for a wider bag.

You can finish your bag in a variety of ways:
• Add an i-cord string or leather strap to turn it into a small purse or crossbody bag.
• Skip the zipper by casting off half of the stitches and continuing with the remaining half to create a flap closure. The flap should measure about half the total length of the finished bag.
After felting, the result is 22 x 13 cm, sturdy, soft, and durable bag with endless customization possibilities (e.g. embroidery).
