Gauge is roughly 7” to one granny square (one side). I’ve been able to fit a dozen eggs, a large bundle of spinach, two quarter-pound containers from the deli, and a handful of other salad ingredients into mine, and it doesn’t drag on the ground the way other bags do when it’s full. It is pretty infinitely customizeable.
