Homeless animals always need a lot of kindness and comfort. With them in mind, I designed this small pet bed to be given to animal shelters who are always in need of beds, mats, and blankets. The shelter I work with sends the beds home with the adopted pet so new beds are always in demand.

I’m sharing this pattern for free in hopes that people will make the beds for their own pets to enjoy, and if they have any yarn left to make another one to maybe give it to their local animal rescue or shelter - I’m sure that would make them very happy :)
