Size is measured around the widest part of the foot, it is best to measure it with your foot on the floor. If the person you are making it for is able to, get them to draw around their foot. This means you can try on the sock when they aren’t around and also see where to stop for the toe shaping etc.
I don’t use Kitchener in this pattern to make it easier for all.
I haven’t specified a brand of yard. So long as there is nylon in the mix the sock will work. I used stash yarn It was hand dyed merino/nylon Mix dyed by The dye shack
I used stitch markers made by my daughter, you can find her of Facebook as Jessie’s crafty hands.
I used a long loop cabled needle for my sock but you can use short, dpn, or crazy. Its a simple pattern, repeat. that you will learn quickly.
