Designed to evoke a feeling of calm, relaxation, and coziness, our Smoke Rings mitts are reminiscent of lazy summer nights spent by a campfire with friends as we watch the smoke curling up into the sky.

The simple brioche stitch pattern on the top of the mitts creates subtle stripes that are especially stunning when knit with a hand-dyed variegate or speckle paired with a semi-solid. The garter row palm isn’t true garter rows, you will work the mitts in the round, purling every other round.

Yarn
One skein each of Lattes & Llamas Adventure Yarn (100 grams / 400 yards) in 2 lightly contrasting colors. Sample is knit with “Camp Wannaknit” as the main color (MC) and “Winterfell” as the contrasting color (CC).

Needles
US3 / 3.0 mm circular needles for working in magic loop, or US3 / 3.0mm Double Pointed Needles.

Gauge
26 sts and 48 rows = 4” in flat garter (K both sides), blocked.
