A scarf knitted in traditional Shetland diced all over pattern with a moss stitch border, inspired by my love of and dream to live in Shetland.

This pattern means a lot to me as it has been designed around my dream to buy a tiny croft house, named Smola, in Levenwick with a small red front gate and paintwork of sea green. In buying this pattern, you will, in some small way, help me towards my dream and you will be able to knit this beautiful, traditional unisex scarf.

The pattern has one chart in colours of sea greens and reds in the Jamieson’s of Shetland spindrift range, listed below.

I used 8 colours within the chart which matches the images of the scarf
Dewdrop, Eggshell, Maroon, Havana, Rouge, Nighthawk, Damask, Dusk and Moorgrass.

But you can use any yarn for this pattern as it will work for any gauge, any yarn, any colours, any stash.

If you love this pattern, it matches my Shetland Wall Flowers Pattern and would look great as a twin set.

There are 2 alternative colour way charts within the Shetland Wall Flowers pattern.
