-WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
About 200g- 250g of yarn from your choice
Chochet hook
Scissors
Stuffing
14 mm safety eyes / 18mm for Velvet yarn
Stitch marker
Tapestry needle

  • WHAT I USED IN THIS PATTERN: These are the following things I used to make this pattern - ♠HOOK: 3mm Crochet hook with the cotton blend yarn 3.5mm Kismet Plush weight 6 chenille yarn ♠YARN: For the crocodile presented in this pattern, I used 140g of Kismet 50/50 Double knit (Light worsted weight yarn/no 4 ) Cotton/acrylic mixed yarn. The yarn is heavier-weight double knit, so using 100% double knit cotton will result in a smaller crocodile. I also made this crochet crocodile in a plush chenille 6-weight yarn (Kismet Plush). I used 200g for the body, 80g for the tummy, and about 10g for the white in the eyes. ♦ Kismet 50/50 - 50g - 100m ♦ Kismet Plush - 100g - 120m

♠EYES:
I used 18mm “Sunk-in” safety eyes for the plush crocodile and 14mm black eyes for the cotton crocodile

-PRODUCT SIZE:
The weight of the yarn you use will depend on the size of your crocodile. This pattern is written and designed with double-knit/light worsted weight yarn, with the crocodile being an average size of 25cm/ 10 inch. Crocodile made in Plush weight 6 yarn is 40cm/15.8inch
