NOTES

• The difficulty level is intermediate.
• Use a stitch marker or a piece of yarn to mark the end of a round unless otherwise noted. Move the marker up after completing each round.
• Do not crochet too tightly around the curves of the oval for the face or else the oval will curl up.
• Instructions in parenthesis with an “x” after it should be repeated however many times indicated.

• 4 colors of yarn in size 4 medium:
o Cream for the inner face (Shown: Loops & Threads, color: Off White)
o Teal for the outer face and ears (Shown: I Love this Yarn, color: Antique Teal)
o Black for eye and mouth detail
• 4.5mm hook
• Yarn needle for sewing on pieces and details
• Scissors
• Stitch markers

SIZE
If the described materials are used, this holder measures approximately 7.5” at the widest point and 4.75” at the tallest point (tops of ears). The height of just the oval is approximately 4”.
