This winter I was in search of the perfect knit toque. After searching page after page without finding exactly what I wanted, I decided to plunge into designing it myself!

The squishy one-colour brioche highlights the texture beautifully, letting the stitch pattern speak for itself. The double brim makes for extra warm ears, and of course topped with a coordinated pompom.

Kits are available at www.amaranthfibres.com , and include a printed pattern plus all the materials you need.
