Pattern specifies 2 colors of Zitron Trekking XXL but 2 contrasting solid colors or a self-striping plus a contrasting solid would work.

Special techniques used include: Estonian Braids, beading, and Cat Bordhi’s “Riverbed” architecture.

Errata reported June 9th:
The materials list states that you need 64 beads, but you actually need 128 (8 beads x 8 repeats x 2 socks).

Errata reported June 13th:
Chart D indicates 14 repeats for row 2 and 3 and the verbal instructions say 10 times. The chart is incorrect.
Repeating 10 times gives you the 21 rows that are needed in order to pick up 21 sts for the gusset.

Errata reported June 21st:
Chart E
The center stitch of the sole in the 4 rounds immediately following the last decrease are incorrectly charted color-wise (rounds 45,46,47,48). They should be the same as they are in chart F.
