To fit head circumference:

or 13 (15: 17: 19: 20: 21) inches.

Stylecraft Special Double Knitting
Shade: 1001 White:
A 4.5 mm (H) crochet hook.

Techniques used
Chain stitch.
US single crochet.
US double crochet.
Shaping: sc2tog.
