Why felt a pair of mittens? Because felted wool is not only warmer and more durable than knitted wool, it is naturally water repellent and resists soiling. That makes it a perfect choice for snowman makers, fort builders, sledders and snowball throwers from toddlers to Dad. The mitten is knit in the round then felted in a washing machine, with the cuff added post felting. If you haven’t felted before, comprehensive instructions are given for how to felt the mittens in a washing machine.

Sizing: Child S (Child L, Adult S, Adult M, Adult L)
