About the pattern
The tee is a summer top with short and puffed sleeves, and has some positive ease on the body. The tee is knitted from the top down, first worked flat to create the keyhole opening at the back, and later knitted in a round. The sleeves are created with increased raglan stitches, and with 2 extra rounds of stitch increase. The sleeves and the body are both finished with a row of yarn over´s that will be folded in and sown on the inside. At opening at the neck, there is knitted a string of I-cord which segways into the I-cord bind-off around the neck, and is finished off with a string of icord at the end. The I-cord strings on each side will create a tie enclosure. Block the tee at the end and dry flat. Gently pull on the sleeves to create the puffness of the sleeves. How “puffy” the sleeves get depends on the yarn quality. If you want the sleeve to maintain or achieve extra “puff”, sew on elastic bands over each shoulder.
