Inspired by snowdrops blooming in Nana’s garden, these cuff-down socks are quick to knit, with an easily memorized pattern. These socks include a heel flap, gusset, and directions for reinforcing the heel turn to minimize wear.

Pattern will soon be available to make a larger size to fit a size 10 shoe.

Gauge is measured flat, unstretched, over stockinette portion of sole. Tutorials are provided, with photos, for heel turn and to show measurements of sample sock. Sample knitted in solid color yarn, 1.5 skeins of Knit Picks Stroll, 75% supewash wool, 25% nylon, 231 yards/skein, or, use equivalent yardage of another fingering weight yarn.

You will also need US size 1 dpns (2.25 mm), 1-10 stitch markers, tapestry needle and scissors.
