The Snowfall Cardigan is a crochet cardigan featuring a modified version of the Solomon’s knot stitch. Designed for intermediate crocheters, this pattern combines written instructions with photos and videos to guide you through the process.

CH = Chain
SC = Single Crochet
ST = Stitch
SL ST = Slip stitch
YO = Yarn Over
SOL = Solomon’s Knot
SOL3TOG = Solomon’s Knots 3 Together

MATERIALS NEEDED

• Yarn: Weight 1 yarn held double stranded or weight 3 or 4 yarn held single stranded, yarn fiber doesn’t matter. I used weight 1 cotton yarn, but most of my testers used acrylic or wool yarn in weight 3 or 4.
• Hook size: 3 mm, but you might need to adjust according to your yarn
• Sharp needle for weaving in ends
• Scissors
• Tape measure

ESTIMATED YARN LENGTH NEEDED:
For single strand weight 3 or 4 yarn

• XS = 690 m or 750 yds
• S = 730 m or 800 yds
• M = 770 m or 850 yds
• L = 850 m or 930 yds
• XL = 950 m or 1030 yds
• 2XL = 1070 m or 1170 yds
• 3XL = 1100 m or 1200 yds
• 4XL = 1160 m or 1270 yds
• 5XL = 1350 m or 1470 yds For double strand weight 1 yarn you would need double that length.

FINISHED BUST SIZE:

• XS = 80 cm / 31.5”
• S = 88 cm / 34.5”
• M = 96 cm / 38”
• L = 104 cm / 41”
• XL = 120 cm / 47”
• 2XL = 128 cm / 50.5”
• 3XL = 136 cm / 53.5”
• 4XL = 144 cm / 56.5”
• 5XL = 160 cm / 63”
