It can be made in a variety of colors and yarn weights. I crocheted it with cotton thread size 10 and a 2 mm crochet hook and its final size is 9 cm (about 3,5 inches) in diameter. Besides the thread and hook, you will also need a needle to weave in loose ends and a pair of scissors.
