Ring snowflake R-45 is the center ring version of snowflake SP-45. The written instructions for 3 versions are on page 11.

Each version uses instructions in pattern SP-45 round 2.
Version A has 3 rounds and is shown on page 11 with a cross stitch anchor center insert.
Versions B and C have 2 rounds and are not shown.

Page 3 Materials:
Bedspread thread such as Lily’s 18th Century Cotton
1 ⅛ inch “bone” rings made by Boye or Susan Bates

Use any size thread and the hook size that gives you a firm stitch.

Center ring is embroidered on Hardanger cloth using charted designs on pages 18-19. Instructions for assembly on pages 16-17.
