Ring snowflakes: Size 10 bedspread cotton, size 9 steel US crochet hook (1.4 mm).
Plastic ring: 1 1/8” (Boye, Bates, or E-Z, available at craft shops)
Fabric stiffener. A home recipe for glue and water stiffener is provided.
