Snowman Mimi Plushie
Meet your new lovely plushie - Mimi the Snowman!
This pattern is designed to be worked with super bulky plush chenille yarns like Himalaya Dolphin Baby, Wolans Yarns Bunny Baby, or YarnArt Dolce, giving your finished toy a soft, velvety feel. Although you can also use other yarns like Bernat Blanket or similar bulky yarns, just keep in mind that the toy’s size will vary depending on your yarn choice.

Designed for right-handed crocheters.
No-sew crochet pattern.

This pattern does not teach how to crochet.
Basic crochet knowledge is required:
ch – chain
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
dc – double crochet
sl st – slip stitch
inc – increase
dec – decrease
Materials & Tools:
- Chunky chenille / plush yarn (100% polyester, 100 g / 120 m = 3.5 oz / 131 yds)
Yarn needed:
white: ~ 80 g = 2.8 oz
hat color: ~ 85 g = 3.0 oz
scarf color: ~ 35 g = 1.2 oz
arm / leg color: ~ 20 g = 0.7 oz
nose color: ~ 3 g = 0.1 oz
- 4 mm (size G-6) crochet hook
- Polyester fiberfill stuffing (hollow fiber) ~ 100 g = 3.5 oz
- Scissors
- Yarn needle
- Stitch marker (or thin thread)
- 2 thin threads (to mark eye placement)
- 18 mm (0.7 in) plastic safety eyes
- Thin black yarn (for embroidering eye lines and mouth)
- Light pink plush yarn (for embroidering cheeks)
Finished Size:
If you use the listed or similar materials, the finished toy will be approximately 39 cm (15.3 in) tall.
