This is a flat knit on two needles, not in a round.
We knit the pants straight, then knit both legs in the round. This pattern is made using straight needles.

Finished Measurement
If you decide to use the suggested materials and tools, your toy will be about 11.81 inches (30 cm) in height if made with a 2.0 mm knitting needles (US 0).

For all of the suggested needle sizes always check your gauge and use the sizes to obtain the correct gauge.
