Snuggle Bunny is a crescent shaped shawl. Starting with a garter tab, increases are made on both RS and WS throughout the pattern. The body is in stocking stitch, ideal for taking out and about with you, and the border is both charted and written. It consists of simple cables and rib.

This project is ideal for using up three skeins of DK yarn and it is given extra squish by holding it together with one ball of lace weight or gossamer weight mohair silk. I used MT DK and Rico.
The Rico mohair is graded in colour and gives the wonderful gradient on a background of plain purple DK yarn.

Sally, who created the shawl in shades of blue, used Rico in shades of blue to give a more gently gradation in colour.

Marisa made the sample in a rich brown shade used MT merino light and Shibui cloud.

Diana, who made the pastel and pink sample used Plassard Gong Jacquard cotton with Baby Suri

Audrey, who made the purple sample, used Fab Fivers DK merino with Drops Kid Silk.

Tanya, who made the vibrantly striped version, used Lion Brand Mandala with mohair.
